Not to be confused with mass-produced champagne that you might buy in the supermarket, Pierre Gobillard champagne comes from the family run vineyards of Hautvillers which are classed as Premier Cru. These vineyards are where Friar Dom Perignon discovered the process of fermentation in the bottle which gave birth to champagne.
